| 摘 要： | 建设国家区域性金融中心是长株潭城市群实现"两型社会"建设目标的重要战略举措.长株潭城市群虽然具有优于武汉的金融中心建设条件,但必须坚持政府引导与市场推进相结合等原则,走政府扶持型发展模式,准确定位,通过城市群金融功能分工与合作,规范好金融商务区建设,并采取积极的硬件、软件、金融辅助建设政策,才能使金融中心的建设获得最优的社会经济效应.
