劳动能力权宣言——从以"资"(物)为本到以人为本的经济法制创新

劳动能力权是人对天然属于其所有的劳动能力为增进自己福利所用的权利。为建设中国特色的社会主义,我们已制定了《物权法》,还应当创制出《劳动能力权法》来确认、设定和保护人的劳动能力权。这样才更加有利于调动亿万劳动人民创造财富的积极性和提高创造财富的能力,才有利于落实科学发展观和振兴中华。

The right of the labor ability is the nature right that the man can use to gain his own welfare.In order to build our socialism with Chinese characteristics,we have institute the Property Law of the People's Republic of China,and we should formulate the law of right of labor ability to affirm,enact and protect the man's right of labor ability,which will be propitious to enhance the enthusiasm and to promote the ability of hundreds of millions people to have much more wealth,and it can be good for us to carry out the scientific development concept and to make our China better than ever before.
