| 摘 要： | 在阐述我国地方政府公共事业管理绩效评价指标体系构建的影响因子的基础上,构建指标的甄选模型,提出了一个由管理业绩、管理成本和内部管理三个维度33个单项指标构成的地方政府公共事业管理绩效评价指标体系。最后,运用效度与信度概念对地方政府公共事业管理绩效评价指标体系的合理性进行求证。

| Abstract: | On the base of commenting on home and abroad local government public administration performance evaluation index system, it expounds performance evaluation index system construction's guiding principles, flexibility factors and the whole frame of local government public administration, then it puts forward a local government performance evaluation index system constituted by 3 dimensions 33 single indexes of administrative performance, administrative cost and internal administration. Finally, it utilized efficacy and trustworthiness concept to seek confirmation for local government public administration performance evaluation index system's rationalism. |
