| 摘 要： | 湖湘文化的二重性决定其对湖南企业家成长的影响也是双向的.从正面看,湖湘文化中富于求新求变的变革精神、海纳百川的会通精神和磅礴大气是企业家所必需的创新意识、开放意识与战略眼光的深层文化基础.当然,湖湘文化所导致的湖湘人大气与狭隘并存的二重处世风格、泛政治化倾向和双重功利原则,也在客观上对湖南企业家的成长提出了挑战.

| Abstract: | HuXiang culture's twoness decides its effect on Hunan enterprisers' growth doubly. On the one hand,the spirit of change, digest and great momentum in HuXiang culture are the cultural foundation of innovation, opening and strategic foresight. On the other hand, Hunan people's double styles on life, pan-political tendency and double utilities principle, which result from Huxiang culture, pose challenge to Hunan enterprisers' growth. |
