| Abstract: | The connotation of an editor's personality is complicated, so holding firmly to the standard of the editor's personality is of positive significance to the promotion of the editor's personality, the production of outstanding nourishment for the mind and the construction of spiritual civilization .As far as I concerned, the system of organization is the foundation, the working environment is the prerequisite, the observance and conduct of the individual is the key and the ability of the individual is the core. |
