| 摘 要： | 所谓高校有效办学资源是指在一定的历史时期 ,能够产生经济价值 ,推动高校发展的要素 ,是对有利于高校发展的要素的宏观的、全局的把握。研究高校的有效办学资源要解决三个问题 ,首先是高校的管理者要清楚高校发展中究竟有哪些有用的办学资源 ;其次是要认真研究制约利用有效办学资源的因素 ;第三是要清楚通过什么途径和方法去激活有效办学资源

| Abstract: | Effective school-running resources refer to the factors which could produce economic value and promote the development of colleges and universities in a certain period. The study of effective school-running resources involves three aspects: first, what are the effective school-running resources; second, what are the factors controlling the use of effective school-running resources; third, what are the proper ways to stimulate effective school-running resources. |
