论企业道德建设

社会主义市场经济是道德经济，企业道德不仅是企业增强凝聚力、提高效益、长盛不衰的重要保证，而且从本质上讲，它是社会主义市场经济的内在要求。企业道德建设包括多方面的内容，这些内容是企业在处理各方面关系时应当恪守的规范，为此，企业须增强领导者的道德修养，加强职工的道德教育，积极开展文化建设，将道德建设纳入企业管理机制。

Our socialist market economy is of morality.Enterprise morals is not only the important garantee to enhance unity and raise effects and be properous forever,essentially,it is the intrinsic requirement of our socialist market economy.Enterprise morals are to build up in aspects,which are rules that enterprises have to abide by strictly.So there is of necessity to enhance moral training of leaders,strengthen moral education of all staff,actively unfold cultural building,and bring building-up of morals into management mechanism of enterprise.
