| 摘 要： | 新形势下,公共政策执行中的政治资源大量流失,主要表现为执行权威削弱、形象受损、政治参与冷漠等;而利益驱使、文化障碍、制度滞后等是其产生的主要原因;加强利益整合、文化创新、制度变迁和政策调整是防止公共政策执行中政治资源流失的主要对策。

| Abstract: | In new situations,much political resource has been lost which displays in, such as the erosion of implementation authority,the damage of government image,the loss of popular feelings and the indifference to political participation.There are reasons mainly for these phenomena, such as interests urged,cultural obstruction and laggard institution.Therefore, countermeasures should be enhanced to prevent the loss of political resources during public policy implementation including interest integration,cultural innovation,institution change and policy adjustment. |
