| 摘 要： | 在调研与数据分析的基础上,对影响办公系统电子文件归档的原因进行了深入剖析,并从宏观上为推进电子式归档提出了建议.重点对以下问题进行了论述:脱机移交与在线归档的特点与要求,电子式归档对文件生成系统的要求,如何使业务管理系统适于业务管理需要,以及怎样在系统开发中保护用户利益.
