In order to share the achievement of economic globalization, the countries have to transfer part sovereignty in economic management, policy decision and jurisdiction. The developing countries that are unfavorable position in the course of economic globalization will foster new standpoint of sovereignty, persist in equality of sovereignty and safeguard interest of country in order to protect themselves sovereignty and independence.
