| 摘 要： | 欧、美、非三洲的区域性人权保护制度既有共性又各具特色。与全球性国际人权保护制度相比,区域性人权保护制度更具可行性。区域性人权保护制度在人权保护中取得了显著成绩,对人权的国际保护有重大启迪作用。尤其是个人申诉制度,对人权的国际保护产生了重大影响,它完善了国际人权的权利主体体系,有力地推动了国际法的发展。

| Abstract: | Regional protective system has either common or difference. Compared with the system of the global protection of human rights, it is more feasible. The system of the regional protection of human rights has obtained more achievements in international protection of human rights, inspired the international protection of human rights. Especially ,the individual appealing system has exerted a great influence on the international protection of human rights. It has improved the system of subject of right of international human rights, fostered the development of international law effectively. |
