| 摘 要： | 制度创新是推进我国民办高等教育向前发展的活力之源。20世纪80年代初以来,我国民办高等教育的发展紧紧依托制度创新而不断向前推进。新世纪初叶我国民办高等教育在实行自身可持续发展过程中,应以政策法规制度的创新、内部管理体制的创新和中介组织制度的创新为重点,进行更高层次的制度创新。

| Abstract: | Institutional innovation motivates sustainable development of the civilian-run higher education in China .The development of civilian-run higher education has made great progress on the base of institutional innovation since the beginning of 1980's. At the beginning of the new century national civilian-run higher education is going forward on the sustainable development , which requests further institutional innovation focused on a series of creation in education policy ,administrative systems and medium systems. |
