| 摘 要： | 蔡元培和吉尔曼都是著名的教育家、探索者,他们有着相似的经历和办学理念,坚持探求真知、追求卓越,兼容并包、思想自由,都崇尚德国大学的办学模式,并结合本国实际,分别成功地改造了北京大学和霍普金斯大学,至今仍有较强的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Cai Yuanpei and Gilman were born the famous educators and investigators,who had got similar experiences with the same academic ideas insisting on pursuing truth and exceeding, involving and merging freedom of thoughts. They admired German University mode, combining our country's fact. Accordingly, they reformed Peking University and created Hopkins University successfully, which still had strong realistic meaning up to now. |
