| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是我们工作的重要方法。在新的历史时期，市场经济、知识经济及思想政治教育本身的发展，对我们高校的思想政治工作提出了新的要求，又为我们创造了条件，因而，高校思想政治工作创新不但具有必要性，而且具有可能性。高校思想政治工作创新是个系统的庞大工程，概括地说，现念创新是高校思想政治工作创新的先导；内容创新是高校思想政治工作创新的核心；方法创新是高校思想政治工作创新的基本要求。
