| 摘 要： | 对2004年国家中医药管理局遴选出的215名优秀中医临床人才和在全国范围内随机柚取的300名中医临床人才的从医经历及其素质状况进行调查.统计结果显示,中医临床人才的成才途径主要有六种形式,分别是跟师学习-从事临床实践至今、本专科院校教育-从事临床实践-跟师学习-从事临床实践至今、本专科院校教育-跟师学习-从事临床实践至今、本专科院校教育-从事临床实践-攻读硕士或博士-从事临床实践至今、学医至硕士或博士学历-从事临床实践至今、本专科院校教育-跟师学习-从事临床实践-攻读硕士或博士-从事临床实践至今.运用灰色模糊综合评价的方法对不同类型成才途径的培养效果进行了评价,得知不同的中医临床人才成才途径培养效果存在着显著差异.
