学科观与高校学科发展探论

摘    要:学科观是指导高校学科发展工作的前提和基础。学科观不同导致许多高校在学科发展实践中行为各异。学科应以知识为核心,并且推动知识的发展和创新;学者是学科创生和发展的关键;学科的生成应遵循自身规律。高校学科发展应该从树立正确的学科观、营造学科"生态环境"和构建评价机制三个方面进行。

Abstract:The Discipline Concept is the premise and foundation to guide the disciplin development of colleges and universities.Different Discipline Concepts have different practice of acts in the disciplin development of colleges and universities.Discipline should be based on knowledge to promote the development of knowledge and innovation,academic are very important roles in discipline creation and development,and disciplines are also asked to follow their own laws.Discipline development of colleges and universities should establish a correct discipline concept,create a favorable environment and build a mechanism for discipline evaluation.
