试论大学生的主体地位

大学生主体地位是指在高等学校教育、教学和管理等各项活动中突出大学生的主体性,并赋予其相应的地位。确立大学生主体地位是马克思主义人本观念在高等教育中的具体体现,是社会主义市场经济的基本要求。要真正确立大学生主体地位,高等学校必须更新办学理念,增强两种意识,实现三个转变,从培养和完善大学生的主体意识、主体能力、主体人格等方面开展扎实有效的工作。

On the Main Body Status of Undergraduates

The definition to the main body status of the undergraduates focuses on their main body nature showing in the actions of higher school education,teaching and management alike and,entrusted them the relevant status.This paper pointed out the wrong concepts on higher education in eye of scientific development,put forward the basic connotation of the main body status of the undergraduates and addressed that establishing the main body status of the undergraduates is the reflection of Marxism's giving first place to human in higher education and is the basic requirement of socialistic market economy.It is studied that higher schools are supposed to change their managing ideas,strengthen two consciousnesses and realize three changes in order to veritably establish the main body status of the undergraduates.Higher schools should make efforts to do in aspects such as cultivating undergraduates'main body consciousness,main body's ability and main body's personalities.
