摘    要:如果把职业生涯管理看作是企业的一盘棋,赢棋的关键是职业生涯管理系统的实施,棋局的胜负通过职业生涯管理系统对企业的适应性和职业生涯管理系统实施效果来判定。员工在企业的职业过程可分为职业选择阶段和职业稳定阶段,企业应根据各阶段不同的关键点,实施不同的职业生涯管理。准确把握员工的职业锚,有助于企业识别员工的职业期望和职业成功标准,从而有针对性地为其设置合理、有效、可行、顺畅的职业通道和职业阶梯,促进员工与企业稳固地相互接纳和共同发展。

Abstract:If career management is considered as a game of the enterprises, the key of winning the game is the implementation of the career management system, whether you can win depends on the career management systems adaptability to the enterprise and the effects of executing career management system. Professional stage of the staff can be divided into stages of career choices and career stabilization; the enterprises should implement different career management according to the different key points in every phase. Holding career anchors of the staff accurately can help the enterprises identify the staff s career expectations and the criteria of the career success and thus provide a rational, effective, feasible, smooth career passage and career ladder purposely, promoting firm mutual acceptance and development in common between the staff and the enterprises.
