| 摘 要： | 随着青岛市新农村建设的深入,对创新农村金融服务提出了新要求。但目前的农村金融服务受金融机构创新动力不足、农村经济发展相对缓慢、农民金融意识不高等因素制约,严重落后于新农村建设的需要。为此,应从创新农村金融组织体系、资金信贷模式、金融产品、金融服务方式和提高农民金融意识等方面采取措施,确保农村金融服务工作取得实质性的突破和进展。

| Abstract: | With the development of the construction of new countryside of Qingdao,innovative financial services are in demand more than ever before.However,the present countryside financial services can not fulfill the need of new rural areas’ construction at all.This situation is due to the insufficient innovation power of the financial organ,the slow development of rural economy,and low financial consciousness of farmers and so on.Therefore,in order to guarantee the rural financial services to obtain the substantive breakthrough and the progress,the innovation measures of organization system of rural finance,fund credit pattern,financial products,financial service pattern and raising farmers’ financial consciousness should be taken. |
