| 摘 要： | 区域经济一体化,要求区域性的法律政策调整各成员方的行为,以建立和完善统一的区域市场,实现经济全球化。市场的范围从一国向区域市场、国际市场拓展,相应产生四种调节方式即市场调节、国家调节、区域调节、国际调节。区域调节是由国家调节向国际调节过渡的中间环节,它又与国际调节相行不悖、共存与发展,公平竞争法律政策是区域调节的核心内容。

| Abstract: | Regional economic integration requires the regional legal policies adjust actions of each member for establishing a sound regional market and achieving economic globalization.The area of a market expands from one country to regional market and international market,consequently,it produces four kinds of regulative ways:market regulation,national regulation,regional regulation and international regulation.Regional regulation with legal policies of fair competition,as its the role of core acting in the way from national regulation into international regulation,it aslo coexist and develop with international regulation. |
