| 摘 要： | 中国特色社会主义理论包括邓小平理论、＂三个代表＂重要思想以及科学发展观等重大战略思想。中国特色社会主义理论的时代特征应包括与时俱进的理论品格、以人为本的根本价值、和谐社会的建设目标、对当今世界和中国发展战略的准确判断以及经济落后国家建设社会主义等内容。
