科研国际合作与一流大学建设——对四川大学国际合作论文数据的统计分析

基于SCI/SSCI/A&HCI数据库2008-2017年收录的Article、Review论文和引文数据,深入分析了四川大学的国际论文合作情况,发现:1.全球论文的国际合作在加强的同时,中国大陆和四川大学的国际合作并没有大的发展,发展的速度落后于世界平均水平; 2.四川大学与其他国家或地区的合作论文数与论文的影响力之间显著的负相关,主要是高水平科研合作的参与方,而不是牵头方; 3.国际合作论文数量和占比对声誉等的影响方式不一样; 4.影响大学排名的因素主要是科研产出及高端研究数量、科研质量、国际合作数量三大因子; 5.但综合考虑教学、科研和国际化时,对大学排名的影响主要是两大因素:师资力量和教学水平、培养能力和研究产出,国际化水平最终体现在教学水平上,内涵式发展才是学校发展的根本途径。

Data Analyzes of the Relationship Between International Research Cooperation and First-class University Construction: Base on the Data of International Cooperation Paper of Sichuan University

This paper,based on the article,review papers and citation data collected in SCI/SSCI/A & HCI database from 2008 to 2017,analyzes the international paper cooperation of Sichuan University( SCU). It is found that: 1. While the international cooperation is strengthened in the world,international cooperation paper in the China mainland and SCU don’t develop rapidly,the speed of development lags behind the world average level;2. There is a significant negative correlation between the number of cooperative papers and the influence of papers between SCU and other countries or regions,mainly because SCU is the participants of high-level scientific research cooperation,rather than the initiator;3. The number and the proportion of international cooperation papers are not affected in the same way. High-end international cooperation is very important to the reputation and the ranking of university and subject;4. The main factors influencing university ranking are the quantity of scientific research output,highend research,international cooperation and the quality of the scientific research;5. When comprehensively considering the teaching,scientific research and internationalization,the university ranking is mainly influenced by two factors: level of faculty and teaching,ability of cultivating and research. The internationalization level is finally reflected in the teaching level,and the connotative development is the fundamental way for the development of the University.
