略论儒家文化中的和谐思维

构建社会主义和谐社会需要确立和谐思维。从中国传统文化特别是儒家文化来看，所谓和谐思维就是以和谐为世界图景和价值目标、并以和谐的世界图景和价值目标规范人们的认识活动和实践活动的思维。和谐思维表达的是一种思维方式，并具有多样性、层次性、有序性、相对性等特征。和谐思维虽然离不开矛盾思维而要以矛盾思维为基础，但它作为人们认识、理解、谋划甚至描述事物及其关系的思维方式，本质上是一种系统思维。
