| Abstract: | The various designs of harmonious society in history have all taken the influence of science and technology into consideration,to a more or less degree.And in today's efforts of building a harmonious society,serious attention must be given to the features of the hightech era,and due importance should be attached to the significance and challenges that hightech brings to the construction of the harmonious socialist society,so that system innovation can be realized to guarantee the good relation between sci-tech growth and social development. |
