浅谈改造传统产业资金的筹措

我国的纺织、冶金、机械制造等关系国计民生的传统产业几乎都是资金密集型企业,它们在新中国成立初期及以后四十多年的发展过程中,对国家的基础设施建设和人民生活条件的改善起了决定性的作用.但随着科学技术和经济建设的加速发展以及人民生活需求的不断提高,这些传统产业在设备、工艺以及产品结构上越来越不适应市场经济的要求.因此,必须对其进行改造,而用新技术改造传统产业需要大量资金.本文就如何筹措技改资金的问题作了一些探讨.

On the Fund-raising for the Transformation of Traditional Industries

The traditional industries in China, including the textile industry, the metallurgical industry and the mechanical industry, concern the national economy and people's livelihood and they are all characterized by being fund intensive. They have played a decisive role in improving the national infrastructure and people's life in the early stage and later 40 plus years of development of the new China. Yet, with the speed up development of science, technology and economic construction and faced with the growing demands of people, these traditional industries are less and less adapting to the market economy in equipment, technologies and product structure. Hence, the necessity of transforming these industries with new technologies, which, however, means a huge sum of fund needed. This paper has presented a discussion of how to raise funds needed for the technological transformation.
