| 摘 要： | 采用教辅结合的教学模式,可以切实提高思想政治理论课的实效性。本文从高校思想政治理论课教学和辅导员工作的现状出发,探讨教辅结合教学模式的必要性和可行性,探索思想政治理论课教学与辅导员工作的结合点,并提出了教辅结合教学模式组织和实施的具体措施。
