| 摘 要： | 我国传统公有制形式的产权结构与市场经济是不能兼容的.经济体制改革过程中形成的公有制为主体、多种经济成分共同发展的社会主义基本经济制度,不仅培育了多元化的产权主体,而且公有制和公有制实现形式的明确区分确立了国有企业的法人地位和市场竞争主体地位,实现了市场经济和公有制有效兼容.

The Compatibility of Market System and Public Ownership: A View from Property Rights |

| Abstract: | The traditional public ownership in China is not compatible with market economy. The basic socialist economic system which was formed in the process of market reform in China with the public ownership as the main body developing together with other ownerships produced the multiple property right body. And the further distinguishing of public ownership from the realization mode of public ownership has established the status of state-owned enterprises as the legal body and the independent subject in the market economy, which makes the compatibility of public ownership with market economy possible. |
