| 摘 要： | 我国农村保障体系是社保制度一个非常薄弱的环节,特别是经济欠发达地区这个问题尤为突出。本文基于我国农村欠发达地区社会保障的现状以及存在的问题,分析阐述了建立社保制度的必要性和迫切性,并提出了欠发达地区建立和完善农村社保制度的措施。

| Abstract: | Social security system in the rural areas of China is not adequate, which is especially true of the underdeveloped areas. In light of this, the article elaborates the necessity and urgency of setting up social security system in the underdeveloped rural areas. Approaches to establishing and perfecting the social security system in the areas have been presented. |
