| 摘 要： | 从信息交流、科技发展和信息技术对科技期刊的要求出发,阐述了科技期刊创新的必要性,探讨了科技期刊创新的内容,即观念创新、体制创新、技术创新和内容创新。提出了科技期刊创新应该处理好技术创新与内容创新、读者作者需求与社会需求、人才使用与培养、缩短出刊周期与提高文章质量四方面的关系。

| Abstract: | The necessity of innovating sci-tech periodical work is analyzed from the requirements of information exchange,sci-tech development and information technologies on sci-tech periodicals.And four kinds of innovation,namely,in ideology,system,technology and contents,are discussed,and several types of relationship in the course of sci-tech periodical innovation have been elaborated. |
