| 摘 要： | 把企业伦理划分为两大阶段即最大利润伦理阶段和社会责任伦理阶段 ,分析了最大利润伦理的极端性和危害 ,说明了社会责任伦理产生的必然性、基本内容和形成背景。最后 ,简单地对两者进行了比较。

| Abstract: | There are two types of business ethics, which are directed towards maximum of profits and social responsibility respectively. The author has analysed the aim, means and effect of the maximum of profits business ethics, and given the background, main content and superiority of the social responsibility business ethics. With the analysis, a comparison between the two types of ethics is made and a summary is presented. |
