| Abstract: | This paper first analyzes the basic requirements and features of teaching and research work of college and university teachers. Having taken advantage of and later modified the motivation factors and model for intellectual staff put forward by Beattie and Tampoe, the author presents his motivation factor analysis model and comprehensive motivation principle which are especially designed for college and university teachers. |
