| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国银企关系发展中的制度缺陷以及由此带来的严重问题,分析了我国银企关系面临的制度环境以及主办银行制的制度弊端,提出了主监控银行制,并探讨了这一制度构想的基本精神与基本架构。
