| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了南京国民政府宗教管理方面相关的法律、法规以及行政规章,分析了南京国民政府宗教管理政策的内容、特点,并进行了详细的评论。文章认为,南京国民政府将宗教管理纳入法制的轨道,禁止迷信和营利性的宗教活动,值得肯定。但其宗教管理方面的政策和法规矛盾之处甚多,也存在诸多漏洞,应该引以为戒。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the laws,regulations and executive rules of the Nanjing National Government concerning religion adminstration were introduced,and an analysis of and some comments on the contents,characteristics of the Nanjing National Government's religion adminstration policy were made.The paper holds that it is a quite positive act for the Nanjing National Government to place religion adminstration under the legal framework and to prohibit profit-oriented religious activities,but that it is also important to notice the existence of contradictions and loopholes in its policies and regulations. |
