进城就业农民工子女学习适应性探讨

摘    要:为探讨进城就业农民工子女学习适应性状况,随机抽取了广州市2所进城农民工学校(被试全部为进城就业农民工子女)和2所广州市区级公办中学共1 400名初中生进行问卷调查。结果表明:(1)总体上看,进城就业农民工子女和城市子女在学习适应性上存在统计学上的显著差异,但差异的方向有所不同。具体来说,进城就业农民工子女在学习计划和学习技巧两个维度上得分显著低于城市居民子女,但在读书笔记和学习毅力两个维度上得分显著高于城市居民子女。(2)进城就业农民工子女不同亚群体的学习适应性也存在显著差异。除了学习技巧和毅力维度外,女生的学习适应性优于男生;初二学生学习适应性优于初一,初三和前二者没有显著差异;父亲月收入偏低的学生学习热情较低;来穗生活时间在2~5年的进城就业农民工子女学习适应性最好,来穗生活时间在5~10年的学生学习适应性最差;转学次数为两次以上的进城就业农民工子女,在听课方式、读书笔记和学习技巧维度上的得分显著低于其他各组。

Abstract:This paper aims to study the learning adaptability of migrant workers' children.It has chosen two schools of migrant workers(those tested are all children of migrant workers employed in cities) in Guangzhou and two state-owned junior high schools at district level.1 400 students were tested.The results in the study on the learning adaptability showed that: in general,there exists statistically a significant difference between the children of migrant workers in the cities and the urban children,but the differences are in different direction.Specifically,children of migrant workers scored significantly lower in their learning plans and learning skills than urban children,but their reading notes and learning perseverance scored significantly higher than urban children.Children of migrant workers in different sub groups also show a significant difference in learning adaptability.In addition to the learning skills and perseverance,girls do better than boys in learning adaptability;the junior high school students in Grade 2 can do better than Grade 1 in learning adaptability,but there is no significant difference between the students of Grade 3 and those of the other two grades.The students whose parents have a low income seem less enthusiastic about learning.Children of migrant workers who live in Guangzhou for about two to five years are most adaptable in learning,but those who have been in Guangzhou for about 5 to 10 years are least adaptable in learning.Children of migrant workers who have transferred to another school more than twice scored significantly lower in the way of listening to lectures,reading notes and learning skills was significantly lower than other groups.
