中国民营快递企业竞争力指标体系探讨及实证分析

摘    要:民营快递企业要获得持续发展,必须努力提高自身的比较竞争力水平。文章在考虑快递产业基本特征的前提下,重点从民营快递企业目前面,临的主要问题着手,建立了中国民营快递企业的竞争力指标体系,并在此基础上从服务水平、时效水平、价格水平三个方面实证分析了若干民营快递企业的竞争力,最后对民营快递企业如何培育竞争力提出了若干建议。

Abstract:To sustain continuous development,private express delivery enterprises(PEDEs) must try hard to strengthen their competitiveness.Concerning the main difficulties the PEDEs encounter,the paper firstly establishes a competitiveness index system of Chinese PEDEs,and then makes an empirical study of several PEDEs from three dimensions of the index system: service level,timing level and price level,finally,suggestions are put forward to help the PEDEs foster their competitiveness.
