高校辅导员的执行力及强化策略

辅导员队伍建设是近年来加强高校思想政治教育中的重要课题。我们不妨借鉴企业管理上“执行力”概念来考察辅导员队伍建设和能力体系建设。当前，辅导员由于职业倦怠、发展困境、角色冲突等问题，执行力日显不足，难以满足新形势下学生思想政治教育工作的要求。要提升辅导员执行力，学校必须构建辅导员交流学习平台，合理配置、使用辅导员，并为辅导员职业发展提供切实有力的制度保障。同时，辅导员自身也必须努力提高综合素质。

The Executive Ability of College Advisors and Strategies to Enhance It

In recent years, the construction of the advisors team has become an important project of ideological and political education in universities and colleges. The concept of ＂executive force＂ in enterprise management may throw some light on the construction of the advisors team and its capability system. Currently, the professional tired- ness, development dilemma, role conflict, as well as the inadequacy of executive ability make the advisors of colle- ges and universities not competent enough to meet the need of the ideological and political education to the under- graduates in the new situation. To improve the assistants＇ ability, colleges and universities should build communication and training platforms for the assistants, reasonably allocate and use them, and provide a safeguarding system for their vocational development. Meanwhile, the assistants should work hard to improve their comprehensive qualities.
