| 摘 要： | 学习型组织构建是高校学生社团建设的一个新视角，有别于传统的社团管理思路。高校要结合实际把学习型组织理论应用到社团管理中来，重视成员的学习和成长，在社团的目标追求、价值取向和运作模式等方面进行探索，从而提高社团在大学生素质教育中的作用。
