| 摘 要： | １９１４年５月,章士钊在日本东京创办了《甲寅》（月刊）杂志。在该杂志上,围绕着对袁世凯帝制的批判,章士钊发展了一套系统的批判封建专制的理论。他以调和论为哲学依据,认为封建专制政治好同恶异,消灭了自己的异体,违背了事物的调和律,必然导致自我毁灭。由此,章士钊具体分析了封建专制毁灭的机理。本文认为,研究章士钊批判封建专制的理论,不仅有助于我们了解其本人的政治思想,而且也使人们清醒地认识到,重视民主与法制建设,对于一个国家的长治久安有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | Zhang Shi-zhao started a monthly magazine "Jia Yin"(Tne Tiger) in Tokyo in May 1914, in which he put forward a systematic theory of criticizing autocracy. He thought the autocracy defended those who belonged to its own faction and attacked those who didn't, eliminated its difference, disobeyed the rule of harmony and inevitably de-stroyed oneself based on the theory of harmony. So Zhang Shi-zhao analyzed in detail the mechanism of the destroy of the autocracy. |
