| 摘 要： | 通过分析珠三角地区物流园在规划、建设及政府的角色定位等方面存在的问题，提出了促进珠三角地区物流园区发展优化的对策：充分做好市场调研，遵守市场规律，完善物流园区规划；多渠道筹集资金，加大投入，强化物流园区运营；合理定位政府角色，强化政府监管职能；坚持科学发展观，确保物流园区的建设和发展的可持续性等。

| Abstract: | The paper makes an analysis of the environment, problems of logistics park in the Pearl River Delta, and puts forward optimization solutions to promote the logistics park development in this region. The countermeasures are as follows ： （ 1 ） to make a full market investigation, following the law of market and improve the logistics park planning; （2） to raise funds through different channels, increase investment and strengthen the logistics park operations ; （3） to place a reasonable role of government and strengthen the government＇s regulatory function ; （4） to adhere to the Scientific Outlook on Development in order to ensure sustainable development of the construction of the logistics park, etc. |
