新形势下加强我国社会管理领域行政监察工作的思考

加强社会管理领域行政监察工作是纪检监察机关的基本职能,也是推进中国特色社会管理体制改革与创新,构建社会主义和谐社会的基本保障。党的十七大以来,随着我国社会管理领域不断扩大,社会管理领域行政监察工作的重要性和紧迫性日益凸显,社会管理领域的行政监察工作也在逐渐展开,为进一步加强社会管理领域的行政监察工作奠定了一定基础。然而,从总体上看,当前我国社会管理领域行政监察工作依然非常薄弱,普遍存在着虚监、弱监、漏监等现象,与全面推进社会管理创新工作不相适应。因此,进一步强化社会管理领域行政监察工作职能,明确社会管理领域行政监察工作重点,拓展社会管理领域行政监察工作范围,强化社会管理领域行政监察的手段,才能为推动社会管理创新,构建社会主义和谐社会提供坚强的保障。

To strengthen administrative supervision in the social management field is to guarantee the basic function of disciplinary inspection and supervision organs,the reform and innovation of social management system with Chinese characteristics,and the construction of socialist harmonious society.Since the 17th Congress,the importance and urgency of administrative supervision in social management fields have become increasingly prominent with expanding management domain.The gradual unfolding of administrative supervision lays the foundation for further strengthening social management.However,from the overall perspective,administrative supervision is still very weak in current social management field of China,with false supervision,weak supervision and neglected supervision being common.Therefore,it is crucial to further strengthen administrative supervision in the social management field,by clarifying the work focus of administrative supervision,expanding its work scope,and reinforcing its measures,to provide strong guarantee for promoting social management innovation and constructing socialist harmonious society.
