Along with the economic and social progress of China, the public have higher demands for the government＇ s credibility. However, due to many factors, the Chinese government failed to make a breakthrough in the administration integrity building. Therefore, it is of great necessity to learn from the government trust and protection system in the administration integrity building in western countries and to understand its definition and functions, as well as to know its application context, conditions and approaches. Most important is to learn from the government trust and protection system, based on the actual situation of China. Only by doing so can the system benefit the Chinese government＇s administration integrity building.
