产业整合是世界产业发展的重要趋势之一,是实现产业升级和产业结构的重要途径。文章探讨了产业整合的概念、原因以及实现产业整合的途径,认为产业应包括产业与环境及产业间的整合。产业整合是企业基于长期的发展战略,培育竞争力,扩大市场规模的根本需要。实现产业整合要充分发挥政府的作用,补充产业的结构性不足,充分利用信息技术以及发展一些关联度高的产业,实现规模经济与范围经济相结合,形成良好的产业发展结构。

An exploration to a few issues about the integration of industries

Integration of industries has developed into an important trend of the world's industrial development and is also considered a key approach to elevating and adjusting the existing industrial structure. This paper studies the concept of integration of industries, the reasons and approaches to integration of industries; and assumes that integration of industries is mainly for the enterprises' long-term development, increase in competitiveness, and market expansion. In the process of integrating industries the government has the role to play in complementing the inadequacy in industrial structure, and it is of critical importance to make the best of information technology to develop the closely related industries so as to realize the incorporation of economic size and range and sensible industrial structure.
