由于区域经济发展的整体性存在被民族国家或一国内的行政区划肢解的可能性 ,所以 ,对区域内政府关系的建设与调整成为了公共行政学研究的新视角 ,催生出了为促进区域发展而相互协调 ,寻求协作 ,对公共事务进行综合治理 ,以便实现社会资源的合理配置与利用的区域行政管理。本文首先对区域行政的源起进行分析 ;其次 ,探讨了区域行政研究的若干基本问题和基本研究框架 ,阐述了区域行政研究的意义 ,并对其发展态势进行相应的预测

A Review of the Studies of Our Nation's Regional Administration

The integrity of regional economic development could be broken down by a nation's administrative division,Therefore, the construction of and adjustment to the governmental relations within the region has become a new area of public administration studies which focus on the regional administration for boosting regional development and coordination, seeking cooperation, implementing integral administration and optimal allocation and employment of social resources. This paper first analyzes the origin of regional administration, explores a number of aspects and the fundamental framework of regional administration studies, then justifies the significance of regional administration studies and finally makes a projection of its development trend.
