| 摘 要： | 在经济的转轨过程中,加大国有经济战略性重组的力度仍具必要性。当前国有企业更适应市场经济的运行规则、国有经济更集中于战略性产业、国家资本的高级化以及国家资本面临巨大的流失风险等因素,为进一步实施国有经济的战略重组提供了条件。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to strengthen the strategic reorganization of state-owned economy in the course of economic transition.At present,conditions for further strategic reorganization of national economy are prepared with state-owned enterprises being more adaptable to the market economy,state-owned economy more centered on strategic industries,and national capital being upgraded and risking an enormous loss. |
