公立高校内部权力的冲突、协调及整合解构

从利益相关者理论切入，以公立高校政治权力、行政权力与学术权力的可能性和必然性为立足点，从权力的对立、冲突、协调与合作这一独特视角来解构中国公立高校内部权力机制运行中的政治权力、行政权力、学术权力及其相互关系，通过研究权力运行机制的政治权力、行政权力及学术权力的三维空间，进一步说明如何构建公立高校权力整合机制。

On the Deconstruction of Conflicts, Coordination and Integration in the Internal Power of Public Universities

By applying the stakeholder theory, this paper deconstructs the political power, administrative power and academic power as well as their correlation in the internal power system of Chinese public universities from the perspectives of the power＇s opposition, conflicts, coordination and cooperation. Based on the research on the three dimensions of political power, administrative power and academic power, the possibility and inevitability of the conflicts, coordination and integration among these three powers can be seen. This paper further addresses the issue of how to construct the integration mechanism of the internal power of Chinese public universities.
