| 摘 要： | 由于政府在社区自治权力上的干预和社区＂序参量＂输入上的缺失,当下社区自组织呈现发展与困境同在的双重特征。走出社区行政化困境,生成社区自组织秩序,需要在定位政府角色基础上重新选择政府介入方式。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,because of the excessive intervention of the government on the community self governing power and the lack the input of the order parameters into the community,the development of the community self-organizations are confronted with dilemmas.Solution of the administrationized dilemmas and generation of orders in the community self-organizations depends on the new mode of government intervention on the community based on the definition of the government’s role. |
