| 摘 要： | 高等教育地方化是经济社会和高等教育发展到一定阶段的产物，是我国最近三十年高等教育改革与发展的重大主题。在对中关英三国高等教育地方化政策、办学、管理等方面进行分析的基础上，借鉴英美两个高等教育强国的高教地方化发展的经验，探究高等教育地方化在中国的发展方式。
