| Abstract: | The establishment of digital libraries is an inevita ble demand of knowledge-based economy. A digital library is a digital informati on service center in an age of knowledge-based economy, and has a great role to play in the development of knowledge-based economy. Digital libraries have gradu ally grown into a powerful industry. The digital libraries interaction with the knowledge-based economy has presented with great room for its further developmen t in the 21st century. |
