摘    要:文章认为,企业员工自我职业生涯管理中的自我认知、了解组织发展机会、生涯探索、向上沟通与组织职业生涯管理的4个因子均显著相关。婚姻、年龄、学历、收入等人口学变量对员工自我职业生涯管理具有显著影响,企业性质、规模对组织职业生涯管理也具有显著影响。

Abstract:The research employed questionnaire to investigate the individual career management and organizational career management in enterprises of Guangdong. The objective of the study is to explore the content and structure of the two types of career management, the relationship between them, their influence on employees' job attitudes and behaviors. The results and findings have implications for human resource management such as career management, career training and development.
