论周作人对文学与宗教关系的思考

五四时期，周作人曾专门研究过文学与宗教的关系，他认为文学与宗教关系密切，而且文学的发达大都出于宗教，但是由于宗教本质上是以神为中心的文化，因此，它与以人为中心的人道主义文学是根本对立的。20世纪30年代周作人又对中国文学的“准宗教性”问题进行了深入研究，指出现代中国的新文学应该说自己的话，“不替政治或宗教办差”。从宗教与文学关系的角度探讨新文学的现代性转型问题，使周作人的思考与当代中国文学研究具有极强的对话性。

On Zhou Zuoren's thoughts about relations between literature and religion

During the May 4th times,Zhou Zuoren made special studies on the relations between literature and religion.He held that literature was closely related with religion and it had mainly developed from religion,though religion focused on god while literature mostly emphasized humanism.During the 1930s,Zhou Zuoren made more studies on quasi-religion problems in Chinese traditional literature,and pointed out that Chinese modern literature should say its own words and shouldn't serve politics and religion.By looking at modern transition of New Literature from the perspective of relations between literature and religion,Zhou's studies have presented a valuable link to contemporary Chinese literature research.
